• Ability to identify lending opportunities and cross-sell financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service, assess needs, and advise on products and services.
• Open and service accounts; process transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Cross-sell services to meet member needs and branch goals.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues with timely follow-up.
• Maintain branch security and support daily branch operations.
