Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenses: a valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on products and services.
• Cross-sell MACU products and services through a consultative approach.
• Maintain cash drawer, process transactions, and assist with branch operations.
• Engage in outbound calls using lead lists to assist members and promote offerings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
