Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• Industry experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and assisting with transactions.
• Open new accounts, service existing accounts, and explain products and services.
• Recognize member needs and cross-sell MACU products.
• Handle branch operations such as cash drawer, wire transfers, and checks.
• Assist in branch opening/closing and maintain branch security.
