Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify lending opportunities and recommend MACU products.

Responsibilities

• Assists members with opening and servicing accounts.
• Cross-sells MACU products and services to meet member needs.
• Follows MACU onboarding approach for new members.
• Performs routine branch operations and provides accurate transactions.
