Mountain America Credit Union in Saint George, Utah is seeking a Financial Service Representative I to assist members by assessing needs, advising on products, and delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes loan servicing transactions, cross-selling products, and helping members achieve their financial dreams.

You will work full-time at the Sunset Branch with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of retail banking or related sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to satisfy needs by recommending MACU products and services with knowledge and confidence.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure while handling member activities and requests.
• Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services of the credit union to ensure quality service.
• Ability to communicate effectively using written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service to credit union membership by assessing member needs and advising them to improve their financial situation.
• Recognize member needs, educate on options for managing financial transactions through MACU tools and cross-sell products and services.
• Meet sales and service goals and use lead lists to reach out to existing members for consultations on MACU products.
• Resolve problems by clarifying complaints, determining causes, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Follow up with member interactions with thank you notes and phone calls using MACU onboarding approach.
