Job summary

Mountain America Credit Union is seeking a part-time Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional service at the St George Sunset Branch. You will assess member needs, explain MACU products, and assist with account openings and servicing while meeting sales and service goals.

Flexibility is required for 20-30 hours/week, with a competitive starting pay and incentives. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• MSR onboarding within the first 90 days: Branch Foundations Teller Branch Checklist and related training.
• Ability to cross-sell financial services to members.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service by assessing needs and advising on MACU products and services.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet member needs and credit union objectives.
• Maintain branch cash handling procedures and security, and assist with transactions as needed.
