Qualifications

• Two years of sales or service experience advising customers on products and services.
• One year of experience in a bank, credit union, or financial institution along with sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides members with impeccable service in person or over the phone.
• Use consultative selling to offer financial products and services.
• Identify opportunities to increase membership and product sales.
• Educate members on credit union products and services and make referrals to partners.
• Process new accounts, loans, and other transactions as needed.
