Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk-related activities including:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.

Facilitate updates to member accounts.

Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management as needed.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Positive attitude and punctuality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 16 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Stand and walk continuously during shifts.
• Talk with members and staff in person or on the phone.
