Job Description

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Schedule

• Part Time
• Saturday - Sunday: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• 8-hour shift

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including answering phones, member check-in, new member sign-up, tours, account updates, and responding to questions and concerns.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

Qualification Requirements

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking during shifts.
• Talking in person or on the phone.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
