Job Summary

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.
• Update member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management as necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
