Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk related activities including:
1. Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
2. Check members into the system.
3. Sign up new members.
4. Take prospective members on tours.
3. Facilitate updates to members' accounts.
4. Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management as needed.
5. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the club.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.

Physical Demands
