Job Summary

The Member Services Representative will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities

1. Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
2. Handle all front desk activities, including:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the system.
• Sign up new members.
• Take prospective members on tours.

Facilitate updates to members’ accounts as needed.

Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the club.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
