YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking a Member Services Representative to warmly greet members and guests, answer questions, and guide tours to help them find the best membership and programs.

You will use our membership software for check-ins, registrations and payments, maintain knowledge of YMCA offerings, and address member concerns promptly while upholding the Y's values.

Must be able to obtain CPR/AED/FA certification (classes provided through the YMCA). Must be 18 yrs or older and able to stand and/or sit for at least 4 hours at a time every day. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
