YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. You will greet members and guests, answer questions, and use our software to process check-ins, registrations, and payments.

The role focuses on building relationships with individuals and guiding them toward suitable memberships and programs. Ideal candidates provide friendly, responsive service, demonstrate active listening, and are able to lift up to 30 pounds while standing for several hours.

Must be able to obtain CPR/AED/FA certification (classes provided through the YMCA). Must be 18 yrs or older and able to stand and/or sit for at least 4 hours at a time every day. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
