The YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking a Member Services Representative - Manager on Duty to lead evening and weekend staffing, monitor safety, and ensure a high level of member service. The role includes greet, information provision, and resolving issues as they occur.

The position requires the ability to walk the facility regularly, oversee lifeguard safety, and perform opening/closing duties. CPR/AED/FA certification is encouraged and training is provided.
