Job summary

Ymca-of-the-Iowa-Mississippi-Valle is seeking an inaugural Branch Executive in LeClaire, IA, to lead membership recruitment, engagement, and retention, while shaping a welcoming, member-focused culture. You will develop wellness programs and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service and community impact.

Qualifications include a related bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), national training certifications, and CPR/First Aid/AED.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification (AFAA, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or ACSM).
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification required before hire.
