Job summary

The YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is seeking fitness minded individuals for part-time roles as Member Services Representatives. You will greet members, orient them to equipment, monitor facility access, and assist guests in a welcoming fitness center environment.

Responsibilities include promoting personal training sales, maintaining clean areas, and enforcing policies while delivering outstanding customer service. CPR/AED/First Aid certifications are required or obtained within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass background check; CPR/AED/First Aid certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests.
• Demonstrate equipment use.
• Greet members and show equipment usage; provide gym orientations.
