YMCA of the Iowa Mississippi Valley is hiring a Member Services Representative - Manager on Duty for evenings and weekends in Pleasant Valley Township, IA. You will greet members, monitor gate access, handle inquiries, and process sales while ensuring safety and facility cleanliness.

The role requires walking the building, supervising lifeguards, and performing opening/closing procedures. CPR/AED/FA certification is provided for employees; must be 18+ and committed to YMCA values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to obtain CPR/AED/FA certification (classes provided).
• Experience in member services or retail/cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/visitors warmly and monitor gate access.
• Answer incoming calls and provide information; direct to proper person/location.
• Perform cash handling and process membership/program sales.
• Give facility tours and assist with closing procedures.
• Walk the building to ensure safety, cleanliness and proper lifeguard coverage.
