Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process memberships, program registrations, payments, and refunds.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Explain memberships, programs, and facility procedures.
• Assist with member check-ins and verify status.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Balance cash drawers during opening/closing per procedures.
