Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process memberships, registrations, payments, and refunds accurately.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Explain memberships and programs and assist with check-ins.
• Maintain a clean front desk area and balance cash drawings as required.
• Promote YMCA programs and services to members.
