Job summary

Everwise Credit Union is seeking a service-focused associate who will float between service centers and support multiple branches. You will handle cash, process transactions, open accounts, and promote credit union products while maintaining strict confidentiality of member information.

The role emphasizes building relationships, meeting sales goals, and providing timely, accurate service in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability across locations and strong communication are key.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience or equivalent experience within a financial institution or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality member service across a range of financial products.
• Perform cash handling, financial transactions, account maintenance, and new account openings.
• Operate an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) and support the Member Contact Center.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals through needs-based selling.
• Support outbound calls and campaigns to members and prospects.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Assist with drawer audits, vault duties, and other retail tasks as needed.
