Everwise Credit Union is seeking a member service associate to deliver outstanding service and process a wide range of financial transactions. The role focuses on building member relationships and expanding wallet share through product referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to members and promote Everwise Credit Union products and services.
• Handle cash transactions, account maintenance and general financial transactions accurately and timely.
• Open new accounts, operate ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) and support MCC (Member Contact Center).
• Maintain confidentiality of member information at all times.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals by listening, asking questions and guiding members to appropriate solutions.
