Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in the Midwest is hiring a helpful Member Service Associate to provide high quality financial services, handle transactions, open new accounts, and support ITM and MCC operations while focusing on building relationships and increasing wallet share.

You will maintain confidentiality, meet referral and sales goals, assist with outbound calling, and participate in special projects. Prior retail or cash handling experience is preferred; a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• Six months of retail sales and/or cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level member service per EVERWISE CREDIT UNION Service Expectations.
• Perform cash handling, financial transactions, account maintenance, opening new accounts, operating an ITM, and supporting MCC.
• Maintain confidentiality about member account information.
• Meet or exceed referral and sales goals, by listening for clues, asking open-ended questions, assisting with promotions, or referring members to the appropriate partner.
