Job summary

Everwise Credit Union in Washington state seeks a friendly Customer Service/Member Services role to provide high quality service across financial products and services. You will assist with cash handling, account maintenance, new accounts, ITM transactions, and support for the Member Contact Center while promoting credit union offerings.

• Strong knowledge of Everwise CREDIT UNION products and needs-based selling.
• Proficient cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• General computer proficiency across common applications.
• Ability to lift to 15 pounds when moving coin bags/boxes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of member service per service expectations.
• Performs cash handling, financial transactions, account maintenance and ITM operations.
• Maintains confidentiality of member information at all times.
• Meets referral and sales goals by promoting products or directing members to appropriate partners.
• Assists in outbound calls, updating prospect lists and following up with members.
• May perform additional retail duties such as drawer audits, vault duties, or account maintenance.
• Complies with Check Cashing, Cash Control and Transaction limits policies.
• Participates in special projects to support growth and member satisfaction.
• Solves problems through research and follow-up to ensure member satisfaction.
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support growth of the credit union.
