Everence Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Member Service Representative to professionally handle member transactions and service requests. You will open new memberships/accounts, promote credit union products, and support branch operations with a courteous, discreet approach.

Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and wire payments, while ensuring policy compliance and accuracy.

Qualifikationen

• Basic understanding of credit union operations.
• Cash handling or retail service experience is required, and experience in financial services is preferred.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, transfers, cashier’s checks, cash advances, stop payments, and wire transfers.
• Open/close memberships/accounts and renegotiate Certificates of Deposit/IRAs.
• Present and explain credit union products and services to members and recommend suitable options.
