The candidate will assist with opening new accounts, operating an ITM, and supporting the Member Contact Center while meeting referral and sales goals and maintaining confidentiality of member information.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Six months of retail sales or cash handling experience preferred in financial services.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality service on a wide variety of general financial services.
• Sell and service credit union products while building member relationships.
• Handle cash, perform transactions, open accounts, and support ITM and MCC duties.
