Everence Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Member Service Representative to professionally represent the credit union, process member transactions, open new memberships, and promote Everence products. You will support branch staff, balance cash, and handle member inquiries with accuracy and discretion.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, cross-selling solutions, and maintaining security policies to protect member information while contributing to branch goals.

Qualificações

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling or retail service experience is required; experience in financial services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, transfers, cashier’s checks, cash advances, stop payments, and wire transfers.
• Open/close memberships/accounts and renegotiate Certificates of Deposit/IRAs.
• Present and explain credit union products and services to members and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Balance cash and daily transactions and investigate out-of-balance conditions.
• Handle telephone calls, facsimile, email, and mail-in requests and support branch operations.
