Job summary

The American Academy of Ophthalmology is seeking a Customer Services Representative to provide responsive, high-quality support to members, prospective members, and customers. Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience and three years of office experience.
• Two years of experience using Personify or a similar customer relationship management system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a professional and service-oriented telephone presence.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office, with strong data entry, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Two years of college coursework preferred; professional fluency in an additional language, preferably Spanish, is a plus.
