Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to greet members, assist with sign-ups, answer questions, and uphold the Judgement Free Zone culture. This full-time, on-site role covers afternoon/evening shifts and reports to Club Manager.

You will handle front desk duties, process memberships and payments, support member inquiries, and maintain club cleanliness. Bilingual English/Spanish are encouraged to apply; training and advancement opportunities are available, with

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual and dependable.
CPR/AED and Tanning Certifications must be obtained within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a positive club experience.
Assist members with account inquiries, changes, and billing questions.
Provide information about memberships and amenities; assist with tours and sign-ups.
Process new memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
Maintain cleanliness and safety, and follow opening/closing procedures.
