Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring a Member Services Representative to greet members, drive memberships, and support daily front desk operations. You’ll help with check-ins, product promotions, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced club environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a friendly, energetic demeanor, and reliability. A CPR/AED certification is required and a free gym membership is part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position.
• Effective communication and writing skills required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and provide excellent service.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning and group fitness.
• Check in members and guests following company procedures and resolve issues.
• Answer phones professionally and support front desk operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with events.
