Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years in a banking or customer relationship role preferred.
• At least 1 year as MSS II or teller role at Golden 1 or another institution preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and general ledger entries.
• Provide Golden 1 services including cashier's checks, money orders, wires, and related transactions.
• Identify member needs and document opportunities in EnAct.
• Maintain confidentiality and balance cash drawer daily.
