Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Pensacola, FL is hiring for a team member focused on protecting merchandise, monitoring entrances, and delivering excellent member service. You will follow policy procedures, cross-check receipts, and help ensure a safe, positive shopping environment for members.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to club standards, and willingness to work across departments with a strong emphasis on reliable attendance and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail required.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device and complete required training.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months and meet age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Reviews AP Alert Binder per AP standards and audits various processes.
• Follows BEST procedures and cross-checks receipts to identify discrepancies.
• Monitors entrance/exit, EAS alarms, and maintains safety standards.
• Performs other duties including work in other departments as needed.
• Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
