Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Waterville, ME seeks a Branch & Insurance Specialist to provide professional customer service to members and insureds, manage memberships and insurance services, and identify cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue. The role requires accurate data handling in POS, assisting with policy changes and renewals, and supporting travel-related services.

The position works with various AAA product lines, maintains records, and processes payments while ensuring service quality

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years branch member sales, service & operations or related experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of AAA products and services including insurance, travel, maps and routing.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; service memberships and insurance.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and meet cross-sell goals.
• Maintain member information in POS and update contact details.
• Assist in sale of insurance and memberships; provide information and guidance to members.
• Process payments for memberships, bookstore, insurance and travel products.
• Balance cash drawer and provide notary transactions per procedures.
