AAA Auto Club Enterprises is hiring for a Field Sales/Member Services role in Augusta, ME. You will support growth, service goals and profitability within a branch and act as a primary provider of Member Services to AAA members and insureds.

You will identify cross-sell opportunities, assist in selling insurance products, and maintain accurate documentation. Notary duties and membership updates are also part of the role, with opportunities to advise on travel and automotive services.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• Notary Public – National Notary Association preferred or required.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds and cross-sell products.
• Assist with changes to memberships and policies including renewals and billing information.
• Prepare travel-related materials and assist with travel arrangements.
• Maintain and audit insurance-related documents and records.
• Balance cash drawer and process payments for memberships, insurance and travel products.
• Upgrade memberships to higher value where appropriate.
