Auto Club Enterprises is hiring a Membership Specialist to interface with AAA members, delivering insurance and membership services in a branch setting and over the phone. You will follow structured training to meet cross-selling goals and will join a team focused on member satisfaction and growth.

The role is entry-level with opportunities for advancement, a comprehensive benefits package, and branch-hours typical of retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.
• Ability to qualify for Property and Casualty License.
• Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking, or similar customer service/sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Interface with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.
• Provide exceptional service in branch and over the phone regarding insurance policies, membership and billing, and other services.
• Develop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialists.
• Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team members.
