Job summary

Ymca Of The North Shore is seeking a friendly part-time Member Services Team Member at the Marblehead location. You will greet members, answer questions, provide tours, and help update membership information to support program enrollment and member retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience in a fast-paced, member-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests in-person and by phone.
• Interview prospective members and give tours to promote YMCA memberships.
• Build relationships with members and connect them to programs and services.
• Address membership concerns professionally and inform supervisor of unresolved issues.
• Apply YMCA policies and procedures related to member services.
• Monitor locker rooms and respond to emergencies as needed.
