Job summary

Ymca Of The North Shore is seeking a friendly part-time Member Services Team Member at the Marblehead location. You will greet members, answer questions, provide tours, and help update membership information to support program enrollment and member retention.

The Marblehead YMCA is seeking a motivated and friendly individual for a part-time position at the Member Services Welcome Center. In this role, you will play an important part in offering friendly, caring support to members and guests, helping them connect to our many membership and program offerings, answering questions, providing tours, and updating membership information.

As a Member Services Team Member, you will:

• Provide excellent service to members, guests, and program participants, both in-person and on the phone, to contribute to member retention.
• Interview prospective members and give tours of the facility, while promoting YMCA memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members and help them connect to the YMCA’s diverse programs and services.
• Handle membership concerns professionally and inform the supervisor of any unresolved issues.
• Apply YMCA policies and procedures related to member services.
• Monitor locker rooms when required and respond to emergencies as necessary.

• This position requires availability for opening shifts from 4:45 AM to 10 AM Tuesday & Thursdays and 5:45 AM to 10 AM on Saturdays.
