Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative to join our team and deliver a welcoming, judgment-free experience to members and guests.

You will greet and assist guests, process sign-ups, answer questions, promote the Judgement Free Zone, and help meet club sales goals while maintaining clean, safe facilities. Training is provided for CPR/AED and club policies.

You'll work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic fitness community.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet members/guests as they enter and exit the club; assist with questions or check-ins.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members and supporting their fitness journeys.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers.
• Perform membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, and transfers.
• Aim to meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to monthly/yearly targets.
• Conduct prospective member calls and tours to assess needs.
• Handle retail transactions and drive sales goals.
• Regularly clean and sanitize all exercise areas and Recovery Zone amenities.
• Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked; follow cleaning schedules.
• Walk club areas to address safety/policy issues and cleanliness.
• Address maintenance concerns for equipment and facilities as needed.
