Job summary

Paycom is seeking a front desk/ member services assistant responsible for new member sales and delivering an exceptional experience to members, prospects, and guests. You will greet visitors, answer questions, and guide tours while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

You will handle sign-ups, cancellations, and updates to member accounts, support BCM amenities, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed. A neat, courteous demeanor is essential.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks: Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
