ComForCare Home Care (Raleigh, NC) seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet potential members, drive new member sales, and deliver a welcoming, high-quality experience to members, prospective members, and guests at the facility.

The role covers front desk responsibilities, tours, account updates, and handling inquiries with courtesy, while contributing to a clean, organized club environment and collaborating with the Club Manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks and answer calls politely.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check‑ins, sign‑ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
