YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a Member Services Representative at Hale YMCA Youth and Family Center in Putnam, CT. The role focuses on delivering exceptional member service, handling memberships, program information, and front desk operations under the supervision of the Membership Director.

Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and the ability to work with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Previous customer service, sales or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle tasks.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist members at the front desk and provide program information.
• Process memberships and program registrations in the Daxko system; handle dues and fees.
• Answer phones, emails, and route messages to the appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate schedules, costs and facility information to members and guests.
• Open and close the facility according to procedures and assist in trainings as needed.
