Job summary

Excel Fitness, a Planet Fitness franchise group based in Austin, TX, is hiring for a front desk team member in Dallas. You will create a positive member experience, check members in, give tours, and assist with new account sign‑ups while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, being 18+, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed. A reliable, friendly attitude and punctuality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods; occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system and welcome guests.
• Take prospective members on tours and assist with account sign‑ups.
• Facilitate updates to members' accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions in a timely and professional manner and escalate to management when appropriate.
• Ensure the facility is clean and presentable at all times.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with members and coworkers.
