Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in the United States, North Dakota, Bismarck is seeking a Customer Service Representative to drive new member sales and deliver a superior member experience through outstanding service.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule tours, assist with sign-ups and cancellations, handle check-ins, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment. The role requires strong communication and teamwork to support franchise operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
