Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a friendly member services coordinator to greet guests and support front desk operations in Altoona. You will assist with tours, member sign-ins, and account updates while ensuring a positive experience.

You will handle information calls, route service questions to the Club Manager, and help keep the club neat and welcoming. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly and proactive customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to listen empathetically and resolve issues promptly.
• Capable of working with diverse members and guests.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn club software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential and current members at the front desk.
• Answer phones politely, provide information, and schedule tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Facilitate BCM amenity usage and forward service questions to leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming club environment.
