The Ohio Educational Credit Union is hiring a full‑time teller at our Lakewood, Ohio branch (17526 Madison Avenue). You will greet members, process teller transactions, and promote OHecu products while helping members manage their accounts. This role requires a sales/service mindset and the ability to open new memberships.

Competenze

• Previous sales and customer service experience in financial services.
• Ability to explain and promote banking products and services to members.

Mansioni

• Interact with members in a positive manner to build strong relationships.
• Greet members and guests; perform teller transactions and cash handling (ATM/CDM/vault) for members and shared branching customers.
• Actively promote products to members.
• Assist members with benefits and services of OHecu membership.
• Open new memberships.
• Assist with savings, checking, loans, IRAs, and credit/debit card products and related paperwork.
• Resolve member issues with their OHecu accounts/services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
