Telhio Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver extraordinary service and financial solutions to members in central and southwest Ohio. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday (9am–6pm) with rotating Saturdays (9am–1pm), handling deposits, loans, IRAs/HSAs, and product promotions.

You will cross-sell services, ensure policy compliance, balance drawers, and assist in audits. Requires Notary and NMLS designations, plus solid customer service experience.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience in financial services preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain financial products clearly.

Aufgaben

• Perform all transactions in DNA accurately and efficiently (cash withdrawals, deposits, loan payments).
• Process Credit Card payments in our 3rd party portal.
• Open IRAs and HSAs in Ascensus; perform IRA/HSA transactions.
• Inform Members about products, services, and current promotions; cross-sell offerings.
• Balance cash drawers accurately and comply with security procedures.
• Witness and assist in audits as requested; open/maintain consumer accounts in DNA.
• Process disputes for consumer and business members; close loans when needed.
