Talentify is seeking a friendly Member Services Representative in Shawnee, KS, to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver excellent service, manage check-ins, promote club offerings, and assist with front desk operations and events.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a welcoming, professional environment while supporting team members and club activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and maintain knowledge of programs.
• Promote and sell retail products and services.
• Support front desk operations and assist with events.
