Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Branch Specialist to greet members and determine service needs, handling DMV transactions where available and directing complex issues to the right area.

The role includes sales of memberships, processing payments, deposits, and notary duties; occasional travel for off-site meetings may occur. A GED and 1–3 years in a related branch role are expected.

Qualifications

• GED required; 1–3 years in a branch specialist role or related experience.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform simple accounting duties.
• Experience using state DMV licensing systems; notary license within 1 year if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide DMV registration services where offered; follow club procedures.
• Prepare TripTiks, maps, tour books and travel materials for members.
• Assist with hotel and car reservations and upsell memberships.
• Process memberships and payments; handle renewals and upgrades.
• Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits; notary duties per NNA.
