Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in the United States seeks a Branch Specialist to greet members, handle a variety of service requests, and support daily operations. You will conduct DMV-related transactions where allowed, prepare travel materials, and assist with bookings and renewals while maintaining excellent customer service.

You will mentor junior staff, process payments, and assist with reporting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks daily.
• Notary license obtained within 1 year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members by phone and in person and determine service needs.
• Provide requested services or direct to appropriate area.
• May perform notary and DMV license transactions as needed.
• Resolve problems and assist with administrative tasks in absence of manager.
• Offer high level of customer service per Quality Assurance Standards.
• Process memberships, payments, renewals, and travel-related services.
• Balance cash drawer and assist with reports.
