Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a customer-focused member services representative to greet members by phone and in person and determine the nature of service required. You may handle notary and DMV transactions and support the branch in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with travel arrangements, promoting memberships, processing payments, and supporting daily branch operations. A strong emphasis on QA and mentoring junior staff is essential.

Qualifications

• High School GED required.
• 4-6 years Branch Specialist 2 and/or 3 or related experience preferred.
• Solid computer literacy and data input skills.
• Ability to effectively coach and mentor others.
• Proficiency in State DMV licensing system.
• Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments daily.
• As required, obtains and maintains valid notary license.
• Notary Public - National Notary Association within 1 Year Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required.
• Provide requested services or direct members to the appropriate area.
• May provide notary and/or DMV license transactions and services.
• Resolves problems and assists with administrative functions in absence of manager.
• Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards.
• Promotes and sells AAA memberships.
• Balances and reconciles cash drawer; prepares daily deposits.
• Mentors and trains junior employees; assists with scheduling branch employees.
